This morning I have come across an artical on this topic and it seemed really interesting that people like holding onto their grudges!

Why is that? Is that part of our nature or is it purely our choice?

There are so many people and causes in life that need our prayers, whether they be charities, the Church, friends, family or the people around us. Sometimes it's us who need the prayers, for support, encouragement or just to praise God and share the joys :)

The idea of this discussion is for people, if they wish, to have somewhere to post their prayer requests and for those who come to read it to PRAY for all of the requests mentioned below.
